Publish WordPress changes safely: preview, update, and recheck

For a menu, privacy page, or article correction, make one focused change and preview it. Check headings, links, mobile display, and accessible controls before publishing. Save a copy or use WordPress revisions where available. If a change affects a shared header or footer, check several templates because a global edit can affect the whole site.

After publication, open the public URL logged out, clear the relevant cache if needed, and test the intended visitor path. Google’s AdSense readiness page emphasizes the visitor experience and navigation. A change is not complete until it is visible in the public version.

Run SiteReadyScore after significant changes to refresh the public signals in your report. Keep the original and new evidence so you can tell whether a fix worked. The scan does not replace a backup, editorial review, or Google account check.
