Inventory pages that answer the same question, compare their unique information, and identify which URL best serves the reader. Preserve material that adds value, remove unsupported repetition, and redirect old pages only to a genuinely equivalent destination. Check internal links and Search Console before and after to avoid losing useful routes.
Example: Four posts explain the same basic privacy-policy requirements with minor title changes. Combine them into one guide with sections for required disclosure, WordPress setup, and ongoing review. Keep a separate how-to only if it has distinct steps and original evidence. Google’s AdSense readiness guidance recommends unique, relevant content; Google Search’s spam policies warn against scaled low-value pages.
Measure what changed: URL count, broken links repaired, sections retained, and whether the consolidated page answers the original questions. Do not claim that consolidation caused AdSense approval unless the account evidence supports that conclusion.
Use SiteReadyScore to scan the resulting public page and identify any remaining signals. A scan helps with the public checklist; it does not measure all search performance or Google’s private review.
