Comments, forum posts, reviews, and profile links can change a page after publication. Google’s policy overview says page content may include user-generated material and links to external sites. Create moderation rules, report controls, and a review cadence that matches submission volume. Remove spam, prohibited material, impersonation, and unsafe links promptly.
Example: An article is compliant when published, but a comment later adds an unauthorized download link. A periodic moderation process should detect and remove it. For a large forum, consider pre-moderation for higher-risk categories and clear user reporting routes.
Check the whole page and account notices. A SiteReadyScore scan can help inventory public URLs, but it cannot monitor every new comment or judge all contextual policy issues. Use it as a periodic public review aid alongside active moderation.
